10h00 - Kayak and paddle activity: exploring the creeks
Duration: 3h
Objective: strengthen cohesion through sport, discover marine biodiversity.
Suggested itinerary: depart from the port, passing through secret coves and secluded beaches.
What we see: shallow seabed, posidonia meadows, limestone cliffs, seabirds (gulls, cormorants).
Teaching tip: Supervisors can punctuate the outing with information on local geology, cliff erosion and the formation of creeks.
12:30 - Lunch
Options: gourmet picnic with local produce or lunch in an island restaurant.
Featuring Mediterranean specialties, seafood and local wines.

How to get to Ile des Embiez
Île des Embiez is located in the Var region, off the coast of Sanary-sur-Mer, and is part of the Paul Ricard Islands. It can only be reached by boat from the port of Sanary or Le Brusc.
From Marseille (about 1h15 to 1h30 drive)
By car:
Take the A50 towards Toulon / Sanary-sur-Mer.
Follow the D559 to Port du Brusc or Port de Sanary.
Parking available near the port.
By public transport:
Take the SNCF train from Marseille to Toulon (approx. 40 min).
Then take the SNCF bus / ZOU! network to Sanary-sur-Mer (20-30 min).
From the port of Sanary or Le Brusc, take the shuttle boat to Ile des Embiez (10-15 min crossing).
From Nice (approx. 2h30 drive)
By car:
Take the A8 towards Toulon, then the A57/D559 towards Sanary-sur-Mer.
Arrive at the port of Le Brusc or Sanary to take the boat.
By public transport:
SNCF train Nice → Toulon (approx. 2 hours).
Bus Toulon → Sanary-sur-Mer (ZOU ! network).

Did you know? As the national park is closed, no access is possible except by sea, with our guided kayak outing! A great alternative for enjoying the area without any tourists. Of course, we won't be able to disembark at the calanques, but with our boats it's just the same.
