Half-day schedule

We start by welcoming the whole group and presenting the program, followed by a safety briefing to prepare for the walk.

We'll then set off on a hike adapted to all levels, around the chosen island. The route takes in coves, cliffs, beaches, forests and sea views. Your guide will share information about the environment, fauna, flora and local history, while enlivening the walk with simple team-building exercises and fun challenges.

A half-day hike (3 hours) is the ideal introduction to hiking in a group, offering a moment of relaxation, discovery and cooperation, accessible to everyone aged 10 and over.

A full day's work

For groups looking for a more immersive experience, we offer a full-day team-building tour.

After the briefing, we will cover different itineraries adapted to the level of the group, including breaks for :

• picnic in an exceptional natural setting,

• swimming or a relaxing break, site permitting,

• cohesion exercises and collaborative activities guided by the professional.

The full day allows you to explore the landscapes of the island or peninsula, enjoy the views and create a real moment of sharing and cohesion between colleagues.

🌿 Accessible to all, the hike is adapted to each participant's physical level, with regular breaks to make the most of the experience.

The guide remains the sole judge of the itinerary, and may modify the route or activities to ensure the safety and comfort of all.

Meeting point

The starting point of the hike will be communicated according to the chosen site: Giens peninsula, Porquerolles island or neighboring islands.

• Closed shoes suitable for hiking

• Lightweight backpack

• Bottled water (minimum 1 L per person)

• Sun protection: sun cream, sunglasses, hat

• Weather- and walking-appropriate clothing
