Half-day schedule
We'll start with an introduction to the whole group, then prepare and launch our kayak. We'll then get down to business with a paddling lesson on land. This will also serve as a muscle warm-up. We don life jackets and waterproof skirts (depending on weather conditions). Then it's off to the water to get into the boats!
In the meantime, your guide will explain essential techniques to help you make the most of your outing and learn more about sea kayaking.
Lors d’une demi-journée, nous partirons le long de la côte pour découvrir les secrets que la Presque-île peut nous offrir. Trois heures est une excellence initiation à l’activité, accessible à tous. Votre guide vous accompagnera sur l’eau pour partager un moment spécial et découvrir des endroits dépaysants.
l’avantage de partir avec un guide et qu’il vous mettra en sécurité. Mais surtout animera votre sortie par des explications diverses sur l’environnement, l’histoire de Cassis et de ses calanques.

Le temps d’une journée, nous partirons le long de la côte pour découvrir les secrets que la Presque-île peut nous offrir. 7h d’activité pourrait faire peur mais la cadence n’est pas plus difficile qu’en demi-journée, au contraire nous avons le temps de découvrir davantage ! Votre guide vous accompagnera sur l’eau pour partager un moment spécial et découvrir des endroits dépaysants. Nous pique-niquerons sur une calanque et prendrons le temps d’une petite baignade avant de repartir de plus belle. Selon les conditions météo et le niveau du groupe nous pourrions même faire cap sur l’île du petit Ribaud et du grand Ribaud.
Toute personne sachant nager et de 10 ans et plus peuvent participer.
Le niveau sportif de l’activité s’adapte au niveau du groupe ! Pas d’inquiétude, que vous soyez novice ou confirmé nous saurons vous proposer des alternatives adaptés. Avec des pauses régulières, nous privilégierons l’exploration et la découverte environnementale à l’exploit physique. Cette via corda est donc adapté à toute la famille !

Unlike seat-on-top kayaks, which we offer for rental at our base in La Ciotat. For our supervised outings, we use our real sea kayaks, which offer a premium experience that's faster, more comfortable and suited to a wide range of conditions. Thanks to their enclosed design, paddlers stay dry, even after a mistral gust, avoiding contact with cold water (sometimes 14°C even in summer). These kayaks enable you to cover more distance with less effort, while ensuring safety and stability, even in rough seas. What's more, the supervision of an expert guide guarantees a safe and rewarding discovery of the seascape, accessible all year round.
