🌍 A life-size underground hike

Caving is an immersive sporting activity that invites you to discover the fascinating world of underground cavities.
You'll evolve in a raw natural environment, where you'll sometimes have to walk, climb, bend or crawl... But always at your own pace, and in complete safety!

Unlike the half-day version, the full-day outing is more physical: it includes more technical sections and a more sustained itinerary, perfect for the curious, nature enthusiasts or thrill-seekers.

🥾 Approach walk & conditioning

We start with a short hike to the cave, observing the subtleties of the fauna, flora and limestone massif.

🧗‍♂️ Cave entry & progression

On entering, the temperature drops immediately (≈20°C even in summer).
Once equipped and lamps lit, the adventure begins:

• Exploration of natural galleries, caves and rooms

• Passing obstacles and varied progression (crawling, jumps...)

• Observation of geological formations, sometimes bats, etc.

• Sensory activities and orienteering challenges in the dark

🍽️ Picnic break in an unusual setting

We'll take a real lunch break underground (conditions permitting), for a moment out of time.
