🕗 Schedule & atmosphere

• Morning meeting in La Ciotat, equipment briefing and preparation for group check-in.

• Departure for the Bec de l'Aigle site, impressive cliffs by the sea, part of the Parc national des Calanques.

• Approach climb with acclimatization hike to the starting point of the via-corda, where you'll don harness, helmet and lanyards and be guided in complete safety.

• Via-corda course: aerial traverses, fixed-rope passages, light climbing, perhaps an abseil or two depending on the day's route. You'll climb above the sea, looking out over the bay of La Ciotat, the pudding cliffs and Ile Verte.

• Lunch break at the summit or in a belvedere, with panoramic views of the coastline, a moment of relaxation before the next part of the adventure.

• Afternoon: continuation of the route with more playful or technical sections, depending on the group, and gradual return to base.
