Our holidays are open to all adults in good physical condition.
The program is adapted to the level of the group: initiation for beginners, improvement for experienced sportsmen and women.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Safety remains our top priority. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions (heavy rain, wind, storm), activities can be adapted or replaced by safe alternatives (hiking, orienteering, technical workshop).
Stays are never cancelled without an alternative solution.
What you need
We supply all the technical equipment you need: helmet, harness, wetsuit, paddle, safety vest...
All you need to bring is your personal gear: swimsuit, closed-toe sports shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle...
